You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange any piece.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tag attached.

HOW TO START

DM us with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange. We'll arrange collection.

Return and exchange shipping is covered by the customer.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are processed within 24 hours of us receiving the item.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued within 7 working days.

For orders paid by cash on delivery, the refund method is arranged directly with the customer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty.
