At Vittor, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders as quickly as possible to ensure the best shopping experience.

Order Processing & Delivery

* All orders are processed and delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation.
* Business hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
* All invoices are issued under Al Etemad & Al Tatweer General Trading & Contracting Co., the owner and operator of the Vittor store.

Shipping Fee

* A flat shipping fee of KD 1.500 applies to all areas within Kuwait.

Damaged or Defective Items

* If you receive a damaged or defective item due to shipping or a manufacturing defect, Vittor will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement or appropriate compensation after verifying the issue.
